VantraCycle (“VantraCycle”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is provided by VantraCycle Team. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the VantraCycle mobile application and related services (the “Service”).

By using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1) Who this service is for (Age 17+)

The Service is intended for users aged 17 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 17. If you believe a user under 17 has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

2) Summary of what we collect

We collect information in three main ways:

A. Information you provide

• Account information: name, username, email address.
• Customer support: content you send us (e.g., messages, attachments, and related details).

B. Information collected automatically

• Device information: device model, operating system version, language, time zone, unique device identifiers (as available), and app version.
• Usage data: interaction events, feature usage, performance metrics, and in-app activity.
• Crash and diagnostic data: crash logs and error reports.
• Location data (only if you allow it): approximate or precise location depending on your device settings and permission.

C. Photos and content you create or upload

• Photos, images, and any text you input for editing, collage creation, layout generation, or export (“User Content”).

3) Optional AI-assisted features (server processing)

VantraCycle may offer optional AI-assisted features (for example, smart layout suggestions, style recommendations, or automated composition assistance) to help you create visual stories.

If you choose to use these AI-assisted features:

• Processing location: Your uploaded images and/or text may be processed on our own servers to generate the requested output.
• No third-party sharing: We do not share these uploaded images or text with any third party for the purpose of generating your result.
• No training/marketing use: We do not use your uploaded images or text to train models or for marketing.
• Deletion after processing: Once the requested processing is completed, the uploaded images/text used for that processing are deleted promptly from our servers.
• Your control: You control whether to upload content and whether to generate AI-assisted output. You can choose not to use these features.

If you do not use AI-assisted features, your editing may be performed locally on your device depending on the specific feature and your settings.

4) Cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies

We (and service providers acting on our behalf) may use cookies or similar technologies (including web beacons) in connection with web-based components of the Service (if any), for:

• Authentication and login
• Remembering preferences and settings
• Security and fraud prevention
• Analytics and performance measurement

You can often control cookies through your browser or device settings. If you disable cookies, some features may not function properly.

5) How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and maintain the Service (including account creation, login, and delivering editing/output features)
• Personalize your experience (e.g., preferences and settings)
• Improve and develop the Service (including debugging, analytics, and performance)
• Protect security, prevent abuse, and enforce our terms
• Provide customer support and respond to requests
• Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests

We do not sell your personal information.

6) How we share information

We share information only as needed and in the minimum amount necessary:

A. With your consent

We may share information when you direct us to do so (for example, when you choose to export or share content using third-party apps on your device).

B. With service providers (processors)

We may use trusted vendors to process data on our behalf (e.g., hosting, analytics, crash reporting, customer support tools). They are authorized to process information only to provide services to us and must protect it.

C. For legal reasons

• Comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request
• Enforce our agreements, policies, and terms
• Protect the rights, property, and safety of VantraCycle Team, our users, or the public

D. Business transfers

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

7) International transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent mechanisms, to protect international transfers.

8) Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including:

• Encryption in transit and, where appropriate, at rest
• Access controls and least-privilege practices
• Regular security reviews/audits and monitoring
• Backups and recovery processes

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

9) Data retention

We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

Our general retention approach:

• Account data: retained while your account is active.
• Account deletion: after you delete your account, we delete or anonymize associated personal information within 30 days, unless we must retain it for legal reasons.
• Usage analytics: retained for up to 12 months.
• Customer support records: retained for up to 6 months.
• AI-assisted processing uploads: deleted promptly after processing is completed (as described in Section 3).

10) Your privacy rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your information
• Restrict or object to certain processing
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

11) Location information

If you grant location permission, we may collect and use your approximate or precise location to support features and improve the Service. You can disable location access at any time in your device settings.

The Service may allow you to share content using third-party apps or services on your device. Your use of those third-party services is governed by their policies. We are not responsible for third-party practices.

13) Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after the update means you accept the updated policy to the extent permitted by law.
